The three-pod Home Kit costs $149 USD. The required subscription is free for the first month, then $89/month.

Who gets called if there is a fall?

The planned service calls the phone numbers you choose, in your chosen order. You set the number of unanswered call attempts before escalation to emergency services. Regional availability and dispatch arrangements must be confirmed before use; an alert does not guarantee that help will arrive. SMS and push notifications are not confirmed here.

Can I put a pod in the bathroom?

Bathroom coverage is part of the intended setup. Use a stable, dry shelf away from water, with a clear view of the floor. Waterproofing, steam tolerance, and humidity limits have not been confirmed; do not place a pod in a shower or splash zone.

Does my parent need a phone or a wearable?

No wearable or phone needs to be carried for room sensing. Calls are intended for the contacts you choose. The pods do not capture images or video.

How many rooms does the kit cover?

The kit includes three pods, one for each selected room. You can order extra pods at checkout to cover more rooms. A pod does not cover an entire home. Furniture, room shape, and placement affect coverage.
